Boys and girls who have completed First Communion are eligible to train to become an Altar Server assisting the Priest during mass. The other requirements for serving are reliability and a commitment to being present at your scheduled mass and to obtain a substitute if you cannot attend. New Altar server training is always once a year in the fall. Other new altar server training dates may be available additional times during the year depending on need. Notices of training dates and meetings will be posted in the bulletin and announced at church.

Time: 1 – 3 hours per month. You will be scheduled to serve at your preferred mass time.

Talent: Assist Priests and Deacons in the celebration of the liturgy during mass
